Privacy promise
This notice applies to the limited public, no-payment Muse Me beta. Please do not upload a photo unless you agree to this processing.
Photos are only for the requested generation
A submitted photo is used to create the requested avatar results. It is not added to a public gallery and is not used to train Muse Me products or models. To generate the requested result, the photo and generation instructions are sent server-to-server to Fal, which provides access to Google's Nano Banana Pro image model. Those providers process the content under their own service terms. Muse Me never places the Fal credential in your browser.
Deletion is the default
Original upload files are deleted after generation, or by a 30-minute safety deadline if a generation does not finish. A clear “Delete my original photo” control lets a user delete the original immediately. We ask Fal not to retain request JSON and request a one-hour expiry for provider-hosted media. Generated beta results are copied into private storage and retained for up to 30 days for review, then deleted. A user may request earlier deletion through the in-product feedback control.
No surprise sharing
We do not publish a user’s original photo, generated result, name, or feedback by default. We request separate consent before using any example in marketing.
Minimum collection
A free preview does not require an account. An email is requested only if a user chooses to provide it for a response. We store an anonymous session identifier, generation state, cost records, deletion audit records, and voluntary feedback needed to operate and protect the limited beta. We also keep privacy-minimized funnel counts for up to 90 days: page arrival, hero and upload button use, photo selection, style choice, generation start and result, download, share, creator-pack interest, and checkout or purchase state if payments are enabled. Attribution may include a broad source or platform category, short campaign/content labels, product-page variant, and a broad device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop). These counts do not store the photo, name, IP address, advertising identifier, full user agent, or full referring URL.
Payments and customer support
Checkout is currently disabled while the controlled integration is tested. If paid service is enabled, Dodo Payments will collect and process checkout, tax, fraud, invoice, refund, and payment data under its own privacy terms. Muse Me receives only the transaction details needed to verify an order and deliver the purchased pack. Support messages and a reply email are stored privately for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for an unresolved payment, fraud, legal, or safety matter.
Questions and deletion requests
Use the feedback control on the result page and choose the privacy category. Do not include passwords, payment details, or identity documents. The beta may be paused immediately if deletion or access controls cannot be verified.
