The current invitation beta is free. The US$6.99 amount shown in the product is a price-intent test, not an active checkout.
Future one-time purchase
If checkout is enabled later, it will clearly identify a one-time avatar pack, its contents, price, personal-use licence, and merchant of record before payment. Muse Me will not use a hidden subscription.
Technical failure
A paid order that cannot be generated or delivered after reasonable automated recovery will be eligible for a retry or refund through the merchant of record. A failed browser redirect alone will never be treated as proof of delivery.
Quality concerns
If paid service is approved, contact support within 7 days of purchase when the delivered pack materially fails to match the product description. We will first provide the included adjustment. If we still cannot provide a usable twelve-image pack, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
How to request help
Use the public Support form and include the payment email and a short description of the problem. Never send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents, or bank information. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Payment remains locked
No checkout will be enabled until required moderation is active and the controlled test transaction, signed webhook, entitlement, refund, delivery, and payout-path checks have been verified.
